Midwestern Christian Academy

Midwestern Christian Academy (MCA) was founded in 1956 as a ministry of Midwest Bible Church to meet the need for Christian education at the elementary level.  The Chicago-based school welcomed 33 students that first year, utilizing two rooms and a chapel in a converted store building.Today, MCA serves 230 students, is accredited by the Illinois State Board of Education and is a member of the Association of Christian Schools International.  MCA offers Christian educational curriculum for junior-kindergarten through 8th grade. The mission of Midwestern Christian Academy is to encourage children to contribute positively to the Church and in the world.  In order to accomplish this, MCA partners with families, develops children through a holistic approach to education, and instructs children to do all things to the glory of God. While developing a living knowledge and relationship with Jesus Christ is the primary goal of MCA, the school is dedicated to providing a safe environment and a quality education, challenging students to develop physically, intellectually, spiritually and socially.
